1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the Aura Weddings website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Rendered
Aura Weddings provides premium wedding photography and cinematography services. All service packages, deliverables, and timelines will be explicitly outlined in your customized booking contract. The timeline and delivery estimates provided on this website are general estimates.
3. Copyright & Usage
Aura Weddings retains the copyright to all photographs and films produced. Clients are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to share and print their media for personal use. Commercial use, editing, or applying third-party filters to our finished artwork is strictly prohibited.
4. Payment Terms
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. Final balances must be paid in full 30 days prior to the event date. Travel and accommodation fees for destination weddings will be billed separately as per the signed contract.
